Progress Report 7 - Saira
We Have Finally Taken Up 1 Minute And 30 Seconds Of Our Trailer. As We Are Looking For Our Second Sound Track, We Are Unable To Put The Other 30 Seconds Of The Trailer Onto The Timeline. This Is Because; The Shots Have To Fit Together With The Beat. However, We Know What Shots We Are Going To Use And At What Time, Therefore We Now Need To Include A Second Sound Track In Order To Finish Our Production. On A More Brighter Side, I Believe Our Production Will Be Completed By The End Of This Week, As The Whole Group Is Determined To Complete It. Therefore, We Will Just Need To Stay Focused And Finish On Time, In Order To Get The 'A'.

Progress Report 5 - Indi
Our editing is becoming very stressful now as we have not done as much as i would have like to have done. However, i am pleased with the introduction to out trailer as we have done a 30second introduction with a soundtrack and the institution coming up. also, we have assembled many shots together with lots of good effects used. I played around alot with all the different types of effects you can use and i learnt alot. Also, we seem to be gettin along with the media mentors very well and find them useful as they have helped us in many ways. We have got around 1mintue 20seconds of editing but some of it needs to be with a soundtrack. Our only problem at the moment is finding our second soundtrack for the production. However, everything is going well and we could be finished by the end of the week.
Print Production Report 1 – Harvy
Empire Magazine- Our fist article is done and dusted as the group effort has paid off. We completed the copy and the layout and all the still and pleased Mr Bush (credits for the whole group). Now we are researching for our second magazine and organising the text for that print production. We just have to complete the professional lay out and we are done with the first article work.
Progress Report 6 – Harvy
No filming this week! Editing has taken up so much time that some of the footage we needed that we were not able to get during the other weeks we had decided to get during the corse of this week, also so we can see what we missing or what can look good. Hopefully the time our editing has taken will pay off, and we will get a chance to film and complete our trailer on time.
Progress Report 5- Harvy
Wow this week was FUNNN! We got stopped twice in the space of 24 hours, first when we were completing our Drugs Scene a man thought we were actually ‘shotting’ the drugs so he called the local police officer Pam to come and take a look at what we were doing but after we told her that it was just for media she said that’s fine and left us to carry on filming (the man still didn’t look to pleased...Snitch!) Then later on in the same night we got stopped once again when we were doing our fighting scene a man who lived around the corner thought we were a violent group of teenagers just causing trouble so the police came this time in cars to come and see what we were really getting up to and when they arrived they didn’t even believe us so we had to show them the footage we had just shot and they were very happy with the work we had carried out. The footage we got last night was fantastic; we got some extra footage that we might need just in case so, that was a HIT.
Progress Report 4- Harvy
This week has been good since we got a lot of our filming done and out of the way. We completed the Bed Scenes, The Train Shots and The Bus Shot alongside some extra Girlfriend Scenes, so there for our filming was a good effort this week. The group had been working well together although sometimes there have been some minor arguments but overall our work is well on track and there is nothing much to be complaining about.
Progress Report - Moving Production - Sim
We have finished all our filiming and we are pleased with the amount of shots that we have produced as a group this is mainly because as seeing some of the random shots that we included that were not needed for the production we have used many of them shots, not only that but we have also started editing which has been going really well we have done up to a minute of our production which we are pleased with. We have also started to edit other shots but they have not been placed in the trailer it self.
Progress Report - Print Production - Sim
As a group we have started out print productions both articles have be done, we have not found doing the print production that hard mainly because it seems to be easier than out moving production. We have typed the articles up and everyone in the group has contributed into proof reading the text and if they suggest an idea which should be bought forward to be put into out text it is done. Overall I think that our print production has been going well.
Media Progress - Print Production - Indi
We have started very well with our print production as we have been organised and up to date. We have decided which still shots to use in the print article. These shots are from the trailer and will link to it. Also, we have created a layout and have all the text written up. We just need to put it all together for the final piece. The title of our article is called Kan Korrupted Kill. We used this name because it is an alliteration and also a rhetorical question and makes the readers want to read further on. In addition, there will be a box near it having the title 'How Sexual Is it?'. This gives sexual connotations which attracts the male audience and makes them read more as they want to know what it will be about. Our next target is to put it all together and start on our second print production. This will be hard work but will have to be done to the best of our ability.

Progress Report - Print Production - Saira
Our Magazine Article Is Becoming Very Successful. This Is Because; We Have Gathered All The Still Shots Used, And Have Also Created A Layout Which We Can Then Use For Our Guideline. Our Article Is Going To Include Still Shots From The Film, With The Headline "Kan Korrupted Kill". The Group Have Decided That This Is A Very Effective Title Since It Has Used Alliterations And A Rhetorical Question To ThereFore Draw The Readers Attention. Also, We Have Considered The Text And Have Produced A Copy Of What Is Going To Be Said About The Film Itself. Moreover, We Have Also Included A "How Sexual Is It?" Box To Go Along With The Trailer, To Then Add A Bit Of Humour In To It. With This, The Readers Will Also Be Able To See That A Few Sexual Scenes Have Also Been Included. All We Need To Do Now Is Put It All Together, For The Final Piece.
Progress Report 6 - Saira
Editing Has Started To Become Very Stressful. This Is Because; We Can Not Decide On What Sound Track To Use For Our Trailer. This Has Become A Issue As The Media Mentors, A Long With The Rest Of The Students Keep Telling Us To Get One Since Our Production Is Suppose To Go Along With The Sound Track That We Decide To Use. However, On The More Brighter Side, We Have Already Got A Minute Of Our Trailer Which Is Looking Really Good. So Far, We Have Included Inderpal's Previous Life With His Family And Girlfriend, A Long With The Train Shots And Where He Gets Corrupted. All We Need Now Is A Sound Track, And Then Hopefully Everything Will Get In Place.

Headline Titles
"Kan Korrupted Kill"
-Kan Korrupted Kill The Market
"Sexual Erruption can be a Korruption"
"Lusty Long Legs"
"Seduction In The Korruption"
"The Erupt Of Korrupt In The Review"
"Is It Korrupted?"
"Korrupted Khaos!"
We decided to choose the first headline because alot of the other people in our class liked it and said it had alot of techniques in there. It has alliteration with all the K's and also it is a retorical question that makes the readers think. This was the best headline we could come up with and we will be using this one.

Proggress Report 3 - Harvy
Our Media Production is going along very well now since we have compleated all our filming and have progressed on to editing. At first editing seemed very hard although gradualy I caught on and understood the concepts. Our group has been reasanablly commeted as we have been come in after hours and in the mornings to start editing. So far the group has put in a equal effoprt though we could spend some more time on the Task. We have finished capturing all our work now so we are on our main editing tasks now.
Progress Report - Sim
So far we have been doing really well the filming has been complete and we have got shots in which we may need need to include, we did this mainly because if we didnt have enough shots towards the end then we were able to get these extra shots, so we had thought about this situation before hand in order to make sure our production is successful. We have also learnt how to capture all of our shots on to Adobe Premiere Pro and we have successfully finished doing this. We have now started our editing and are beggining to make progress.

Progress Report 5 - Saira .x
Finally, We Have Started Editing Our Shots. Recently, We Have Finished Capturing, So We Are Now Able To Get On With The Actual Production. We Have Played Around With The Different Types Of Edits As We Will Need To See Whether The Edits We Are Going To Use, Will Suit The Theme Of Our Production Which Is A Gangster Drama. The Group Have Been Well Focused As We Are All Giving Up Our Time And Contributing To The Editing. We Have Come In, In The Mornings, At Lunch, In Our Free's And After School In Order To Get Our Production Completed. So Far, It Is All Going Down Successfully As We Are On Time With The Deadlines, So We Are Hoping That Nothing Goes Wrong.
Progress Report 4 - Indi
This week we started editing and as a group we finished all the capturing. We had around 250 shots that we put onto the computer and was a long process. However, while doing it there were no problems and was done successfully. I done some capturing last week with my group when we did it in class, and also i done it with Saira on Monday this week. Me and her stayed after school till 5pm and captured many shots onto the computer. The rest of the group finished off the rest of the the capturing. Now we can start to actually edit the shots and produce the trailer. Today i have stayed after school and am going to play around with Adobe Premiere Pro to see how it works and what other things i can do on it. While doing this i can gain a better understanding of how the software works and what it is capable of.

Progress Report 3 - Indi
This week was the most stressful week we have had as a group together. As the main actor i had to be there everytime we were filming so it took alot of my time out. Also, we were able to complete all the setting shots and also the bus, train and girl shots. We had trouble getting the train shot as Southall train station said we were not allowed to film there, however we used our brains and decided to go to Ealing train station. The train shots came out very good and was worth the trip. Furthermore, we done many shots which contained the rival gang, one of which was the main scene where the main character, me, was rushed by the rival gang. While we were doing this a man thought it was a real fight and called the police. A police car came rushing to us thinking we got into a fight but we told them it was for our media production. Earlier that day we did a drug shot of someone giving me drugs and again the police came thinking we were up to something. This was because we were in the alley and seemed suspicious, however they realised we were doing our media production and said nothing. It was a long week for the group but we came ontop of everything and are well on to our way to editing.
Progress Report 2 - Indi
This week was a busy week for the whole group as we did most of our shots within the week. it was very stressful as we had to cancel other plans to make time for the group. we were able to get two females to act in the production, one played a girlfriend role and the other played the mistress role. we did some very interesting shots with the two girls and this helped us progress with the production.

Progress Report Four - Saira .x
This Week Has Been The Most Stressful Week Ever. When Coming Across The Drug Scene, We Got Stopped By The Police As A Man Had Complained That We Were Doing Something Dodgy In The Alleyway. Luckily, Sim Ran Off With The Drugs, So The Police Woman Couldn't Really Say Anything. Next, In The Evening We Did A Fight Scene Near Durdans Primary, Where Our Main Character Gets Beaten Up. Again, A Police Man And Woman Stopped Us As Someone Across The Street Had Complained Thinking It Was A Real Fight. However, We Explained The Story And Went Away. When Filming Our Scene With The Spliff At Ravenor Park, Both A Police Man And Woman Came And Stopped Us Again. Luckily, Aarun Threw The Spliff Away So They Were Not Able To See What We Were Doing. Apart From All The Stops From The Police, I Reckon Our Production Is Going Very Well Since Everything Is Going According To The Plan. Also, We Have Now Started Editing Our Shots, Therefore Our Production Will Be Completed Successfully In No Time.

Progress Report Three - Sim.x.
This week not only for me but the whole group has been a long and stressful week, their havent really been any difficult problems if there were any they were all minor problems. Many of our shots had to be completed this week as we are going to start editing in the next couple of weeks. This week we did shots of the main actor before he gets corrupted so these included the home shots we also did the rival gang shots, setting shots, train and also bus shots, we have also filmed the two main female roles which include the girlfriend, the mistress role which is also known as the slag, from both these roles we did some intresting shots.
Progress Report Two - Sim.x.
This week we have overcome any problems that had occured last week. We have all our actors ready and booked for the days which we need them on. This week our shots of the rival gang have all been finalised, we went to slough and shot the rival gang doing their day to day business, we tried out a variety of shots and did them from different angles, we have also done the shots of the main actor (Indi) friendship groups the ones in which have corrupted him. With this we had made our filming successful so far, there havent been many problems this week which is a good thing, we have also made a list of things so we have a clear understanding on what we have to do, i think that everyone in the group have been enjoying themselves, So overall this week has been going well for filming.
Progress Report 3 - Saira x
We Have Finally Completed A Large Amount Of Our Production. The Final Shots Needed Are Those Of The Rival Gang, And Our Main Character Indi Getting Beaten Up. This Will Add To The Narrative Of Our Trailer As Without These Shots, The Storyline Will Not Make Any Sense. Therefore, It Is Vital For The 'Korrupted' Group To Catch The Footage. During The Week, We Have Filmed The Most Important Scenes Of Our Trailer, Mostly Including Both The Female Characters. As A Result, The Group Has Done Extremely Well Since We Have Put Our Time And Effort Into The Work. We Have Also Included Some Dialogue Which Includes The Couple Talking On The Phone Aswell As Indi's Mum Speaking To Her Son, Before He Goes Away. As The Group Has Been Coming Out Everyday In The Holidays, We Have Successfully Met Our Target, Which Was To Film Most Of The Scenes Before We Come Back To School. Consequently, This Shows That The 'Korrupted' Group Are Determined To Do Well, Since We Gave Up Our Holidays In Order To Come Out And Complete Our Media Production.

Progress Report 2 - Harvy
Our media production is well on the way of sucess, we have sorted out the main actors, setting and also made a detail shooting scedual so we know what we are filming on what days. It is extreamly helpful since we know the minimum we have to cover and also it keeps us on track so we don not fall behind and we are able 2 meet the deadlines set. Over the weekend we shot sum very important sceans and the outcome was brilliant, we have covered all the shooting of our meis-en-scene althought we have not got much of the action, we will be covering that throught the corse of this week. The group input has been very dedecated so their are not any problems we have come across. This week will be the important shooting. We hop that the weather is clear this is the only problem we may face while shooting.

Progress Report 2 - Saira x
I Personally Believe The 'Korrupted' Group Has Done Extremely Well. This Is Because; We Have Worked Together, And Helped Eachother Out With Each Shot, In Order To Grab A Lot Of Footage Which We Can Now Use In Our Trailer. We Have Taken Our Camera Out Everyday And Have Used It To Catch Random Shots Of The Rival Gang, Aswell As The Important Characters In Our Production. It Is Vital For The Group To Stick Together, And This Is Exactly What We Have Done Since Everything Is Going As Planned. Therefore, Once It Comes To Editing, We Will Know Exactly What To Do. We Have Filmed Footage Of The Girls, As Well As The Boys; Consequently Our Trailer Will Be Targeted At Both Genders. Moreover, We Have Used Different Cinematography Such As High And Low Angle Shots, Point Of View Shots, As Well As Both High And Low Key Lighting. As We Have Experimented With The Different Shots Needed, We Have Decided What Shots We Are Going To Stick To, For Us To Use In Our Production. As A Result, I Believe That The Group Is Now Progressing Further.
Progress Report - KORRUPTED - Group :) x
Our Media Production Filming Has Been Going Well So Far. We Have Filmed A Variety Of Different Shots Such As The Cocaine Shots, The Rival Gang And Footage Of The Main Character, Which Is Indi. As We Have Finally Decided Who Our Female Characters Are Going To Be, We Are Now Able To Get On With The Other Scenes In Order To Target Our Trailer At Both The Males And Females. We Have Decided On What Each Shot Is Going To Be About. Therefore, Once We Get The Shooting Schedule Sorted For This Week, We Will Be Able To Go Out And Film The Shots. So Far, Everything Is Going As Planned.

What we have achieved so far.
So far as a group we have been doing quite well, we came across one main problem which was to do with our main characters we over came this situation by having a group meeting which has helped us in many ways. We started filming a couple of days ago so far we have done the minor shots for the production from different angles and different views. We have done shots such as the main character in a lesson, a setting shot; rival gang shot, drugs shot, a phone shot and the other were seen as the minor shots which may be needed in the production. We will start filming our important shots in the up coming weeks.

What we have achieved so far!
We have progressed alot with our media production. We had a few minor problems to deal with such as characters and location. However, due to responsible actions we decided to have a group meeting and solved all the problems. We now have everything we need and also have shot many shots. We were able to take shots of the main characters rival gang hanging around in alleys and also many other shots in the alley. Also, we were able to take shots of the main character doing cocaine which was crushed up paracetamol.

Progess Report - Saira x
We Started Off By Filming A Shot From Harvy's Roof As With This, We Were Able To Catch Some Footage On The Setting. We Also Brought Our Camera Out In The Rain As We Thought This Was A Good Opportunity To Film Since The Whole Atmosphere Would Then Go Along With The Theme Of Our Production. Whilst The Rain Was Pouring, We Filmed Our *Rival Gang* Drinking Alcohol. We Used A Variety Of Different Shots Such As Close Ups On The Drinks And Cups, As Well As Their Facial Expressions To Then Show The Reaction. We Also Filmed The Gang On A Random Day, So We Were Able To Show The Audience What They Get Up To On A Standard Day. Moreover, We Also Filmed Shots Of Our Main Character Sleeping In A Lesson, To Then Show How He Has Been Corrupted And Is Not Able To Concentrate In His College Years.
